Abstract

The paper deals with the relationship of the system of education, innovation, and the migration of highly skilled personnel. It is shown that under current conditions the key factor for the successful social and economic development is a continuous process of innovation, the level of which, in turn, affect a variety of factors, including the special place the education system, the ability of the economy to provide the high-skilled workers with jobs and decent wages board.
