Abstract

Currently, the topic of outsourcing in the Russian economic literature, much attention is paid in connection with the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Especially the development of outsourcing gets in the construction industry. Management outsourcing for small and medium-sized businesses in the construction industry is very important because outsourcing helps companies increase their capacity to expand its range of products (services rendered) without losing quality and without the involvement of low-skilled staff. It is particularly important use of outsourcing in the construction of the Moscow region as well as by the addition of new territories greatly increased demand for construction services since 2011. With this paper we consider the formation mechanism of management outsourcing as an example of a concrete construction company "Asgard", Moscow. Provides practical suggestions for managing outsourcing as an example of the principles of marketing.
